Hello everyone,
we are currently in the consultation and quotation process with Kuechenheld.
Has anyone here had any experience with an online-only kitchen studio?
How does the price level compare to a traditional kitchen showroom? How satisfied were you with the consultation, handling, and implementation?

Oh God, 4.5 hours! That’s almost an eternity.
I can imagine an online planner working well if you know what you want. We were also at the design studio weeks ago, and during those three hours the planner mostly just clicked around the planner tool. It was pure boredom and could have been handled much more efficiently (I had already sent the plan and floor plan in advance).
What I would really miss, though, is trying things out in the showroom, because not everyone lives in a major city and can easily visit in person. And I’m interested not only in the surface finishes but also in how, for example, drawers open and close.

Time really flew by. Nowadays, when most of the time is spent at home (or in the garden), it was a welcome change.
We didn’t spend most of the time watching the consultant operate the kitchen planning software—he was quite fast at that—but rather deciding how the new kitchen should look, choosing the furniture and appliances, and adapting everything to fit the existing space.
The consultant’s statement, which we had already realized ourselves (since we had discarded numerous designs on our home laptop beforehand), was that the current kitchen is almost at its maximum potential in terms of layout. However, we still need more space. This will now be created, among other things, by higher wall cabinets and a deeper countertop.
With an online planner, I would definitely miss the opportunity to physically inspect the materials and to have a conversation with an experienced consultant, as they often have ideas you wouldn’t have thought of on your own.

Hello everyone,
We are really quite impressed with how precisely our requests were implemented after just one email and 20 minutes of phone conversation. The local kitchen showroom wasn’t able to achieve this even after three hours of on-site planning.
Additionally, I’m very surprised by the transparency of the offer and how quickly it was prepared.
Of course, there are still a few things that could be adjusted or omitted. It would be nice if the electrical appliances could be excluded so we could purchase them ourselves online. We will bring this up at the next appointment.
In my opinion, the price and quality are well matched. What do you think?
So far, an unconditional recommendation!

Actually, I don’t find it good value. Our kitchen is bigger, with a Bora Pure X, Miele steam oven, Miele warming drawer, Miele oven, Miele dishwasher, large Blanco sink with hose faucet, Siemens refrigerator 1.80m (5 ft 11 in), ceramic cooktop. 27,000 €.
Still, I think the price is reasonable.
