Hello everyone,
we are currently in the consultation and quotation process with Kuechenheld.
Has anyone here had any experience with an online-only kitchen studio?
How does the price level compare to a traditional kitchen showroom? How satisfied were you with the consultation, handling, and implementation?

All manufacturers are positioned in the higher quality segment and are from Germany (Schüller, Hecker, Lechner, Burger).
There are showrooms in Frankfurt, Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, and Cologne.
Installation is also carried out by Kuechenheld.
So far, I have not noticed anything negative. The consultation process has been very pleasant and straightforward up to this point.
Inquiry was made via the website. Afterwards, a floor plan and example images were submitted, followed by a 30-minute phone call to clarify requirements.
At the beginning of next week, we should receive an initial offer. The kitchen will then be finalized in a video meeting and the offer updated accordingly.

I’m very interested in further updates.
I was initially set on IKEA, but if the offer is good and you’re satisfied, I might reconsider. Gladly! However, the prices aren’t really comparable.
We received a quote from IKEA for about 10 linear kitchen meters (70x460 kitchen counter + 120x270 kitchen island) for the Metod system, including installation and all appliances, at €12,000.
The friendly lady from Kuechenheld already told me on the phone that our kitchen will probably cost around €20,000, but with high-end manufacturers (dishwasher from Miele, induction cooktop with integrated extractor, oven and refrigerator from Bosch/Siemens, and sink from Blanco).
I’ll be happy to post the quote here early next week.
