Hello everyone,

we are currently in the consultation and quotation process with Kuechenheld.

Has anyone here had any experience with an online-only kitchen studio?

How does the price level compare to a traditional kitchen showroom? How satisfied were you with the consultation, handling, and implementation?

Yes, that is the question. We will also have the kitchen offered to us offline later.

How does this work exactly? Is everything done online?
Upload the floor plan, have a 30-minute conversation, and then it's go time?
Edit: In this 20k, what type of countertop is included?

The manufacturers are all positioned in the upper quality segment and are from Germany (Schüller, Hecker ==> Häcker, Lechner, Burger).
Schüller and Häcker range from mid to lower upper segment depending on the product line (Schüller Next 125), Lechner is decent, but Burger tends to be in the lower price and performance segment.

As always, the important factors are ...
1/3 functional, ergonomic, and visually satisfactory design
1/3 the actual kitchen manufacturer
1/3 the installation of the kitchen

I would be rather skeptical. To me, it also sounds like a case of pretending quality.
Especially since I see the mentioned brands more in the low to mid-range segment, but not

Even though I buy a lot online, I think kitchens are among the items that cannot be satisfactorily purchased online. (Number one for me are glasses).
For example, who creates the layout? Who takes the measurements again?
Anyway, keep us posted on how it goes – I’m curious!
(The important exclamation mark!!, like those almost always found at the end of reviews 😉)

What I can't imagine is how the consultation process works there? Our kitchen studio invested about 12 hours of planning and consultation without knowing if it would result in an order.

Well, today there is the option of video conferencing. Many kitchen studios offered this to their local customers during the COVID-19 closure periods. It’s not complicated, whether I show the customer something on my screen or via video conference. Both work. Samples, etc. were then often prepared as assembled goods for pickup.
