ᐅ Are there urinals available in different widths?

For our new build, my husband wants a urinal. The bathroom is large enough. We recently visited friends who had one in their guest toilet. He found that model very impractical to use; it was far too narrow. Do these fixtures come in standard sizes, or was that probably just an extra narrow model designed for a guest toilet?

Maybe just aim more carefully? Urinals belong in pubs, not in single-family homes.

Possibly a tiled trough in the floor. The width can be customized individually.

Yes, although here in Berlin, a metal gutter is more commonly installed. It has a trendier industrial look. Then, they add buckets full of ice cubes.

From what I remember of student parties with drinks in the bathtub filled with ice water, it leaves a somewhat... salty aftertaste...

Standard in highway restrooms. Also in France, the squat toilets you had to crouch over. Always easy to clean...
