Hello.
Are there any experiences or opinions regarding a screed that is poured and then left to cure for 5-7 weeks without starting the drying process with functional heating? Could this cause any problems?
Our builder cannot install the supply lines yet because the scaffolding is still in place, and the front of the house needs to be plastered first.
Basic information:
Floating cement screed CT-F4
Thank you.

Cement screed should not be heated until 21 days after installation anyway. It is important that it does not experience any draughts until then. See heating protocol.
Great, thank you very much for the quick response.
Can the screed already release that much moisture before the heating is turned on?
In a room under the (flat) roof, a lot of moisture accumulates on the ceiling and windows (see pictures). Could this be condensation (as the site manager claims), or should we insist on a new inspection of the roof?

Could be, is there regular ventilation several times a day?No, the developer does not ventilate at all.
From what point is a ventilation log supposed to be kept? When heating starts, or from the moment the screed is installed?
What’s odd is that this mainly occurs in just one room.
In the other rooms, there is some condensation on the windows, but it’s still quite limited.
