When in the construction process is this done? (Before rough-in?)

Which trade is responsible for this? (Structural builder/drywall installer/roofer?)

Yes.

It should be done by the structural builder.

Why do you ask such questions? Isn’t there any planning?

Thank you!
I have no idea, as I am not a professional. I can’t say whether there is one or not. However, it increasingly seems like the building company either doesn’t have one or is trying to seriously deceive us, which is why an inspector has also been appointed.

Very unfortunate, especially since it is possible to inform yourself, for example here through the forum, beforehand! You really don’t want to find out about the building services technology and the actual consumption costs!

It is tragic that I bought something but did not receive the service! I don’t mind that a layperson doesn’t know everything—after all, I don’t tell the doctor where to make the incision to find the appendix.
They were able to explain more precisely what a bituminous membrane with consumption values has to do with it. I thought that was part of the insulation (which I also purchased, just to keep them reassured). But to avoid being shortchanged with this as well, they should at least tell me when in the construction process and by which trade it will be installed.

Hi!

It depends on what type of foundation slab it is—whether it’s waterproofed concrete (WU concrete) or not. For waterproofing, a welded waterproofing membrane G 200 S4 with talc coating is applied, of course preceded by a bitumen primer. In the case of WU concrete, a vapor barrier is applied on top, for example V60 S4 +Al or G 200 S4 Al. The roofer, not the shell builder, carries out this work once the shell construction is complete.
