Does exactly what it’s supposed to
No splashing or anything like that, which is probably what you’re concerned about. I find it almost perfect for keeping the toilet clean, as there are no rims where dirt or grime could accumulate.

We have installed the Keramag 4U, the Icon, and a Villeroy & Boch, and are very satisfied with all of them. None of them splash, and they are simply easier to keep clean. The only thing that really frustrated the installers with the Keramag was the mounting (screwing), which is quite tricky. BUT that wouldn’t be your problem!
With the Villeroy & Boch, it’s easier because the sides (outer part) aren’t completely closed off, so the threaded rods for hanging are accessible there.
Regarding splashing, this could also be related to the water pressure or the flush tank combined with the toilet. There are sometimes combinations that don’t work well together, which usually results in not everything being properly flushed.
