Hello,
I don’t believe such a system is absolutely necessary, or rather, I haven’t yet seen the significant benefits it offers. I prefer to simply open the window. What are the advantages of a ventilation and exhaust system, and what might be the drawbacks?

Since today, I’m supposed to ventilate the house by fully opening windows three times a day to help the screed dry.
It took me 6 minutes to walk through the entire house once and open every window.

6 minutes to open, 6 minutes to close, twice a day, equals 24 minutes per day.
168 minutes per week, 730 minutes per month.

12 hours and 10 minutes per month just for ventilating.

I honestly don’t know how it can take 6 minutes just to open the windows—I don’t need that long.

Upstairs, I have 5 rooms, so 5 windows get opened. This often happens quickly while just passing through, for example, when leaving the bathroom or bedroom.
Since the windows aren’t obstructed, it takes less than a minute.
Downstairs, cross-ventilation also happens once a day similarly on the go. The rest is handled automatically through trickle vents in the window sashes and by opening the patio door and front door.
In the evening, it’s a similar routine. Altogether, the extra effort per day is less than 5 minutes if you coordinate it with your daily activities.

Well, deliberately opening windows is a meditative act, accompanied by a preparatory ritual. You touch the handle and murmur, “Dear ray of hope in our lives, we now reach for you and pull, please forgive us.” Then you wait for the felt consent of the window. After that, you gently grasp the handle, while the other hand softly taps the window frame, then quickly open it, bow, and move on to the next room. It takes a little time. Karsten

Darn. Of course, I forgot that.

The issue with the initial calculation is that it assumes you go outside the house just to ventilate and then walk through the house solely for ventilation. Once you live there, you simply open the bathroom window after showering while you’re already in the room (an “already there” cost, meaning zero extra time). You only have to go back to close it afterwards.

You have problems where I see none.

Reading the posts by kaho is truly shocking. They are probably from a state where it was possible to drop science subjects.
