Hello everyone...

After our first floor plan attempt failed completely, we worked with the architect to develop two more ground floor versions and one for the upper floor. I would like to know which ones you find good or bad, and what you generally like or dislike about the floor plans?! Also, the pantry door is drawn a bit oddly; it won’t actually look like that...

I have another option without a pantry...?!

Or leave the toilet on the left... and remove the pantry altogether... I'm not too sure about that.

Is there a reason for excessive stockpiling? Or is it just a matter of imagination? Very rural location? Long distance to the supermarket? Otherwise, as far as I can tell, we only keep a few canned goods, like a can of pineapple or something, in the kitchen cupboard. We also buy drinks only in six-packs and store them in the lower cupboard; when we have guests, we keep extra drinks in the garage. In my opinion, in 2017, pantry rooms are unnecessary—everything you need daily fits in the refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Karsten

I come from the countryside... so a country person... and I don’t know it any other way...

The entrance becomes narrow and cramped due to the toilet on the right.
Did you provide the architect with specific instructions, or is this her original design?

Do you really need the wall projection in the cloakroom? It might get in the way when carrying all the shopping bags on the way to the kitchen.
