ᐅ Which roof tile do you recommend? Experiences with Novo Matt or Star Matt finishes?

The following issue needs to be resolved: Roof tile selection. Manufacturer Braas. Surface finish novo matt, which is standard. Or star matt, which is smooth. Additional cost 600,- gross.
Who uses star matt? How does it perform regarding moss growth? In newly built properties without many tall trees. 600,- is not a huge amount, but it’s too much if it’s not beneficial. Please provide feedback. Karsten

The background is that we are only allowed to install red or red-brown tiles, but my partner actually prefers gray.
Tegalit Protegon matte colonial brown would be the only possible roofing option, and this is already installed at two neighbors.
Are there extra costs for installation as well, or only for the material?
