Hello,
As I understand it, the recessed LED light supplied by the BUS system will only receive 24 volts. Is that correct?
Does it then make sense to buy only 24-volt LED spotlights, or is it better to use a transformer?

The push button will switch a relay on the RIO module (which we managed to figure out with some effort)... what comes after that, meaning:
which spotlights he ordered, which ones he wants, how many, their technical characteristics, and which transformers the electrician from the house construction will use... the original poster is keeping all that to themselves very firmly...

The topic is simply very complex, and you could give entire lectures about what can go wrong and how to do things right so that everything works safely... especially with LEDs and their high inrush currents... otherwise, something could easily get damaged if it’s done carelessly...
And if you don’t know this, then, as usual in house construction and all other areas of life, you have to check with the responsible party. In this case, your electrician... and I believe that if they work cost-effectively, they won’t install more than necessary... so you can forget about adding 2 or 3 extra spotlights... it just won’t work anymore...
So, you need to know which transformers are installed, meaning what output power they provide and at what voltage they operate... and which LEDs are used, and so on, but I’m repeating myself... (feels like for the 10th time)
Otherwise, we simply can’t help you...
