Hello, we installed a 90x120 cm (35x47 inch) shower tray intended to be used as a walk-in. This means a glass panel will be placed along the long side. Tiling was done only after installation. As a result, we now have only 118 cm (46.5 inches) of space available for the shower panel; otherwise, it would extend beyond the edge. My question is whether the vertical profile allows for a 2 cm (0.8 inch) reduction tolerance? Unfortunately, the offers never mention this. Does anyone have experience with this? Best regards, Steffi33

Hello

The dimensioning of the partition wall usually indicates the adjustment range.
However, 2cm (0.8 inches) below the nominal size is quite significant and rather uncommon.

The adjustment range always refers to the stabilizing bar. It usually says something like "adjustable from 70 to 130 cm" (27.5 to 51 inches). 🙁

@11ant... does that help you?

Have you already ordered the partition wall? If not, have a glazier make and install one for you. It often looks better and is more affordable.

Hello Knallkörper, no, I haven’t ordered it yet... But then I’m missing the vertical mounting profile, right?
