Hello,

We are looking for a ventilation system with heat recovery.

Now, of course, the question is whether this makes sense.

We have gradually insulated our house over the past year. New windows were installed last autumn. We are also aware that we need to ventilate more because of this.

I hope to find good information here.

Thank you.

Hi Regina,

Just approach this matter differently.

Contact two professional companies and explain your concerns to them. They should provide you with proposals. This way, you will have expert information and can make an informed decision.

Best regards

Without knowing further specifications, it is difficult to provide assistance.

Conceptually, there are two options: a centralized or decentralized ventilation system with heat recovery.

I would recommend choosing a decentralized system and installing one device in each room.

We had that planned as well but couldn’t make a decision. Our house needs renovation, and insulation would have to be installed. The system then costs about 5000 CHF, which is quite a lot of money.

That’s why we are considering a new build.
