Hello,
I have two questions that might seem a bit unusual.
First: I want to build a garden shed, underground in the garden, but so far it’s just a theory. I plan to use it as a space to stay in, maybe put a small TV inside or something like that. Would you recommend constructing the walls with bricks or simply using wood? My goal is to minimize heat loss, but I’m not sure how to achieve the best and most cost-effective insulation. Suggestions and ideas are welcome.
Second: If I build a barn/garage on a meadow, can it be assigned its own address so that mail can be delivered there, for example? The meadow is 50m (165 feet) behind the last house on our street, and the delivery vehicle can still drive up to the meadow.
I look forward to practical and factual answers.
Best regards

Just out of curiosity, since this isn’t something you see every day, what do you plan to use it for besides watching TV? Is it meant to be a hobby room for retreating, or will it serve as a living space? Why go underground if above ground is cheaper and more “pleasant”?
