Hey,
I’d like to start a kind of “survey” to find out what services you were directly offered during construction from the various trades, or what you directly hired them for. I want to get an overview of what’s possible and where it makes sense to consider certain options.
The classic example, of course, is electrical outlets, switches, and other electrical components with the electrician.
I could also offer finishing the interior staircase or creating light openings in the interior doors.
The roof window installation with the roofer.
...
Thanks!

Purchased from the general contractor including complete painting work. The following changes were made directly with the trades or were offered to us, as I recall:
Drywall installer: reinforcement for large washbasin, installation of shower niche
Roofer: roof opening for empty conduit (photovoltaic preparation), snow guard rails
Painter: silicate paint instead of dispersion paint
Stair builder: different wood, wider steps (to allow later DIY installation of risers)
Plumber: towel radiator heating, additional external water tap, extra radiator in the basement
Electrician: empty conduits, external power cable, sockets, additional circuit protection, network, DVB-T antenna, satellite
Tiler: mosaic tiles for niche, rails, walk-in shower
Screed installer and tiler: floor construction adapted to our floor coverings in bathroom and hallway (flush installation of 10mm (0.4 inch) tiles and 21mm (0.8 inch) solid wood planks)
Landscape gardener: terrace enlargement, installation of garden gate
Window manufacturer: fixed glazing replaced with operable windows, making the threshold walkable for ground-level windows on the ground floor, window handle with lock, frosted glass
Plasterer and screed installer: also for two rooms in the basement that would have been left as unfinished shell in the standard scope
