… is (not) known by everyone 😉

Why non-gourmets should watch this: because of the houses, apartments, interior design, kitchen, workflow, etc.

Today:
new, nice individual details, unfortunately quite a cold atmosphere because all surfaces appear smooth. No wood, hardly any fabric. But great pictures on the walls 🙂
Overall, I find that improvised furnishings are simply more comfortable and cozy.

And you?

The house isn’t built yet. 🙂
Oh, did I mix you up then? My bad!
Who’s cooking dinner tonight? I’m looking forward to seeing the interior and the house – the dinners have happened before, and they’re starting to get less interesting :p

However, "gradually" is a matter of definition. If I remember correctly, the first episodes of "the perfect dinner" aired around 2008 or so. For today’s standards, that is definitely a very long time for a series, which you can’t really overuse by repeated reruns. Because the exciting part is the particular week, which itself isn’t really live either.

That sounds about right, with a few repeats (summer breaks, COVID).
I still watch it for that reason – but no longer for the umpteenth sous-vide cooked meat or homemade ice cream, rather for everything around it. I think it fits perfectly in this forum 🙂

I have to admit: I find this more interesting than Pinterest. Pinterest didn’t exist back when we built our house. But there was the perfect dinner.
At that time, I was still focused on recipes. I never thought that I could have found inspiration for house building here, for example 😳

I find Pinterest intrusive 😉 ... Number 5 of the words 😉
