… is (not) known by everyone 😉

Why non-gourmets should watch this: because of the houses, apartments, interior design, kitchen, workflow, etc.

Today:
new, nice individual details, unfortunately quite a cold atmosphere because all surfaces appear smooth. No wood, hardly any fabric. But great pictures on the walls 🙂
Overall, I find that improvised furnishings are simply more comfortable and cozy.

And you?

The winner of the week is a 53-year-old. But will they show the scene where he opens the door for his guests??? \_(••/)_/

Well, for us, I would categorize it exactly the opposite way... I very often spend longer looking out from the living room into the garden. When eating, I also sit in a way that allows me to look outside.

I hardly pay attention to what’s in front of the front door – maybe that’s because we have a nice double wire mesh fence with anthracite plastic strips directly opposite. And no hedge, even though the local development plan says there should be one.

However, we also have a bench in front of the door, and I have often sat there in the summer, consciously enjoying the front garden 😉 after all, it’s not meant for the neighbors, but for us.

Glad it works well for you!

in the entrance area being hugged and kissed, like doing a pirouette with the floor plan.

My point is that many plan around the perfect floor plan, but due to the location or the focal point, they insist on seeing from the sofa exactly what is outside on the street 😉
I also like to look out over our garden. There is no panoramic view here (unless I count our roof spire, which we can see from the bathroom window 😉)
But when I leave the house in the morning to go to work, I also enjoy what I see: front yard, courtyard, and so on. I also appreciate that only bungalows stand opposite us…
You just have to make the best of what’s offered to you 🙂

Am I mistaken, or is this a hillside house with living and recreational areas shown in the basement?

Cars are driving past the house. My wife is currently blocking the TV with the perfect dinner. Yesterday, it was a nice house.

That doesn’t exclude it, does it?!
When she let the cameramen in, she walked down a nice concrete staircase. Then she went into the garden to pick some herbs…
I didn’t see that yesterday.
