Is there anyone who has installed decking on their terrace? Since I don’t know anyone personally who uses decking, I need your help. Would you recommend covering the terrace with decking, or are there any disadvantages that one should definitely be aware of beforehand? I think it looks very stylish.

Of course, you can install decking. Have you heard of Kovalex decking boards? This is an outdoor flooring that looks like parquet and is made half of wood and half of plastic. It is easy to install, and the boards come with a 25-year warranty!

thanks for the tip! I will definitely take a closer look at those Kovalex floorboards. A 25-year warranty certainly provides a lot of security. It doesn’t necessarily have to be decking boards. I had just heard about them and thought the idea was generally quite good. Maybe I’ll find an alternative with the floorboards.
