we have only attended our first construction consultation to get a quote.
The only differences are no conservatory, an air-to-water heat pump, and a carport with an extended roof along the length of 8m (26 feet).
The total price for this would be a hefty 215,000 euros.
What interests me now, and where I’m not entirely confident, is why this house is so expensive. A couple of friends built a similar house, brick by brick, for 180,000 euros.

Without knowing which costs are not included (additional construction costs, etc.).
Please make sure to find out exactly what *TOTAL COSTS* you / you all will incur.
