Hello dear forum,
we are sharing our own design for the planned building project and would appreciate some honest feedback from you. We are generally very satisfied with it, but as often happens, it is hard to see the forest for the trees.
The basement level will be completely exposed at the front, allowing us to enter the house at ground level and drive in through the garage. The other sides will be mostly underground due to the slope, which is why we planned two light wells on the east side.
The rooms on the ground floor are planned so that we as parents will later move from the basement to the ground floor and leave the basement with bathroom to the children. That is also why the basement only has a planned shower.
Best regards!!!
