In a two-story house, what type of ceiling do you have? Reinforced concrete or wooden beam ceiling? My main concern is to retain as much heat as possible during the summer so that it doesn’t enter the house. What would you recommend?
I have read several times online that a concrete ceiling is considered cost-neutral compared to a wooden beam ceiling. From my experience, I unfortunately cannot confirm this statement.
However, I believe that at the latest when it comes to insulation, more effort is required than when placing insulation between the beams, especially if you want to make the ceiling walkable.
