ᐅ Recommendation for the size of the utility room

Hello everyone,
I am currently renovating an old single-family house completely. I am working with an architect, and we are currently in design phase 2. We are redesigning the floor plans.
Specifically, we are discussing how large the utility room should be and whether the current proposal of 6.5 square meters (70 square feet) is sufficient. Next to the utility room, a laundry room of 8.5 square meters (91 square feet) is also planned.
The following equipment is planned for the utility room:
- Buffer tank
- Heat pump station
- Electrical and KNX control panel
- Probably a server cabinet
Have I missed anything?
There will also be a photovoltaic system and battery storage, but these will be installed in an outbuilding.
