ᐅ Cable snapped on the pulley system of the IKEA Karslö hanging chair

The cord of my paraglider has snapped. Is it possible to repair it? Are there replacement parts available?

Cannot be repaired. Bring the receipt to Ikea and exchange it, provided the item is still available.

I over-tightened it myself. Besides, I don’t have the receipt anymore. It’s also over 2 years old.

Then the only option is to buy a new one... The cable pull is not available separately, and repairs are not possible either...
