after following the forum as an interested reader for some time, I now have a question for the collective intelligence here.
After a long search, we found the plot marked in green:
The plot is accessed via a private road (yellow) from the southwest. The red circle shows the canopy diameter of an old chestnut tree, which must not be cut down. In addition, a setback of 3 m (10 feet) must be maintained on all sides.
Where would you suggest placing a house of about 10 x 9 m (33 x 30 feet) and the associated parking spaces in the form of a garage and a carport on the plot? The parking spaces are explicitly allowed within the setback areas and, due to the private road, do not have to maintain specific distances from it.
Thank you very much for your suggestions and best regards,
Michael
