Hello,

I had wide-plank flooring professionally installed with full-surface adhesive by a company. Unfortunately, there is a flaw at one spot, about 4-5cm (1.5-2 inches) along the edge of one plank.

Is it possible to repair this? Should I report it as a defect?

Best regards,

Peter

Why fix it yourself when you’ve already paid for it to be done properly? I would file a complaint, and if they’re not willing to cooperate, at least accept their compensation. You can always repair it later anyway 😉

Exactly, that is not even a question... a good company recognizes the mistake and will also fix it properly, and if they don’t, they must be held accountable....

That’s true, but it’s still annoying ;-)
