I recently noticed that some manufacturers offer kitchen cabinets with the refrigerator built into the lower section and the oven installed above in a tall cabinet. I would like to achieve something similar in my IKEA kitchen. Such a cabinet is not explicitly available, but perhaps someone here has experience with this and has created something like it.

You’re on the wrong track there. Just look at all the flyers you get every weekend in the mailbox—these setups are often advertised. When done in the correct order, with the oven on top and the dishwasher below, it's no problem at all, not even for insurance purposes. I was unsure myself and checked it out. Plus, the dishwasher also has both a water hose and electrical connection, right?
As for an oven and refrigerator within a tall cabinet, you should consider how much electricity you want to pay for...
Basically, it’s not a problem either. Think about how a refrigerator works: it sucks in warm air, compresses it, and converts it to cold. Whether the oven is next to, above, or below the fridge in the tall cabinet doesn’t make much difference. I suppose such setups are rare or nonexistent because refrigerators are usually too large, so an oven wouldn’t fit between them, or if it does, it would be positioned too high or too low. Not to mention the load-bearing capacity of the cabinet—these often already struggle with a regular refrigerator.]

I have exactly this combination of dishwasher and oven/microwave. Once you have one, you’ll never want anything else! Why kneel down submissively on the floor and crawl when loading or unloading the dishwasher? No, we don’t get any younger!
But what has already been said is true. It only works with a special built-in model, for example from Siemens or SMEG. A standard 60 cm (24 inch) dishwasher won’t fit. Inevitably, these built-in dishwashers also have somewhat less capacity. For us as a household of two people and four cats, it’s enough. A 34 cm (13 inch) pan without a handle plus other items also fit in the dishwasher.
The oven and dishwasher work perfectly together. If you’re afraid of that, you should only cook outside on a fire pit!
