Perhaps the budget is sufficient. After all, it’s not like no one here has invested millions in a house.

Most of the time, my concerns come from specific information and statements (sometimes reading between the lines) provided by the OP.
Since the OP hasn’t written anything suggesting that building like this is impossible, I won’t comment. Why should I...

Building a house is also a process; I have yet to meet anyone who went straight to the main contractor from scratch and signed a contract with their “The Sims 4” floor plan. There will still be a lot of time passing, as is probably the case with everyone.

As haydee says, we’ve already seen some really impressive floor plans here, starting at around 2.5 million euros (€) and up. Not everyone is as broke as I am :-)

Budget is less of an issue since we are building the house entirely ourselves without a company.
We have already built two houses on our own without a company.
This time, it is more about evaluating the proportions and the design.

And why should this be a Sims house??

Respect for being able to build a house on your own.

Why "SIMs 4"? Because the perspective of your model looks like a house-building simulation game.

As a passionate "floor plan critic," you can’t evaluate anything at all without measurements and proper floor plans.

You can see yourself that you’re not getting any feedback. And since it’s not about you (you’re polite 🙂), it can only be about the documents.

So provide measurements and floor plans, and then the discussion will really take off!
