You are trying to fit individual features like a central straight staircase and an open space into a house, which initially reduces the usable floor area of the upper floor by at least one third, and then try to add rooms on top of that.
This might be fun to experiment with, but it is not a promising approach for a good design.
Unfortunately, the upper floor as drawn is, in my view, poorly planned. Besides the awkward niches, the routing for water supply and drainage is questionable, and I also don’t understand the dimensions of the fixtures – two huge sinks for the children, surprisingly shallow cabinets in the walk-in closet, and the sizes of the bed and shower suggest very small users.
Only by detaching yourself from the problem can you solve the problem.

This is definitely a Sims house—absolutely. Building it exactly like that would be, in my opinion, out of the question. My criticism was aimed at the fact that I still consider it legitimate (and therefore not something to simply dismiss) to express one’s dream home in such a visual form.
In reality, of course, you would build it more practically than in fantasy, and for further discussion, I think it would be useful if the original poster switched to the appropriate mode— including basic details like workable dimensions.
