Hello, next year I am building a KW40 solid construction house that includes a Milan ventilation system with heat recovery.
Now I would like to ask about your experiences with it.
I am somewhat concerned about dry air—do you have any insights or practical experiences?
Thank you very much

All the best with your construction.

Baumfachmann31 Dec 2017 17:40My house participated in an energy consumption project for three years.
The electricity costs amounted to €59 (about $64) per year, and the saved heating energy was €230 (about $250) per year.
When you add that up, there is a significant saving. The heating and ventilation systems run continuously and were not turned down during the day since we do not work and stay at home all day.
It is important to keep the systems running and to regularly change the filters, including the exhaust air filters.
Through companies like Filtercaps, for example, you can sometimes get great prices for replacement filters, or via eBay. I managed to get a 10-year supply at 50% below the usual price.

No offense, but it sounds a bit provocative.
