ᐅ Natural gas or air-to-water heat pump

What is more advisable to install in a newly built bungalow – natural gas or an air-to-water heat pump?
Which one is more economical or efficient?
What is better overall?

This is a religious matter.
I am Protestant, gas heating. The Catholic prefers to pump[emoji3]

I am Protestant and have chosen an air-to-water heat pump. I also have a photovoltaic system on the roof.

Non-denominational; also soon air-to-water heat pump + photovoltaic system.

Gas, our immediate neighbors were by no means dissatisfied with it, as otherwise they would have expected noise pollution.

Unfortunately, we don’t know what to choose. 🙁
Is an air-to-water heat pump really that loud?
We don’t want to cause any issues with the neighbors!
