Hello everyone,

Which multi-utility house entry system would you recommend for a house with a basement (waterproof concrete)? I need a 4-way connection. From my research, they all cost around 700 euros, or are there cheaper options?

I would like to cast a sleeve pipe directly into the concrete to avoid core drilling.

Thanks to all.

Best regards

Is this an alternative for you to expensive MSE?
Rarely. Standard annular space seals are usually unsuitable for pressurized groundwater or accumulated seepage water. Furthermore, these are not fixed points according to DVGW regulations.

Is the annular space seal suitable for the drainage pipe (wastewater)? The current plan is to install a sleeve pipe when casting the concrete wall and later use the KG pipe with an annular space seal inside it.

Wastewater is led outside through an additional opening. You can’t avoid this, especially because of the required dimensions. Wastewater PVC pipe DN 100 (max. DN 150) costs me 200 gross plus core drilling (DN 200).

@MayrCh We are building without a gas connection and also do not have pressurized water. Therefore, there should be no objection to using the perimeter seal. I’m certainly not the only one using this solution, and in many cases, the expensive MSE could be avoided.

I did not understand your last sentence.
