Hello everyone,

Which multi-utility house entry system would you recommend for a house with a basement (waterproof concrete)? I need a 4-way connection. From my research, they all cost around 700 euros, or are there cheaper options?

I would like to cast a sleeve pipe directly into the concrete to avoid core drilling.

Thanks to all.

Best regards

We had a requirement from the municipal utilities that we had to follow.

Yes, it was the same for us. The gas supplier required it. The others did not care.

The utility providers do not care in our case. We are not getting gas.

What does the wall penetration for your waste pipe look like? Just a standard PVC drainage pipe?

It is indeed a KG 2000 system, yes. However, there is only a floor drain in the boiler room, and all drains in the KG system have backflow prevention valves.

Is the KG pipe sealed on the outside in any way? For example, with a ring space seal? This was recommended to me today over the phone.

We are also constructing basements with waterproof concrete. My sanitary installer offered the standard ring space seal from Hauff (for water, electricity, data, and various cables). Delivery and installation for 250 gross.

Is this an alternative to the expensive MSE for you?
