ᐅ The microwave is malfunctioning.

Hello – Our microwave has been acting up for a while: it switches between power levels by itself, sometimes stops at 5 seconds or error 2, and then starts over. You can only manually change the setting occasionally, but that doesn’t help – it switches back by itself.

Has anyone experienced this before, and is there any way to fix it?

Hello, disconnect the device from the power supply for at least 10 minutes. If the error continues, this is a case for customer service. Has the 5-year warranty already expired?

We have exactly the same problem. Unfortunately, our warranty has already expired.

If you find out what is broken, it would be great if you could give us a tip. From my Google research, it seems to be an issue with a sensor...

Currently, we unplug it after every use. (Luckily, I can still reach the plug). Otherwise, it still works.
