fox84Hello everyone,
My name is Micha, I’m 30 years old and I’m from NRW.
I’ve been researching prefabricated houses for some time now, trying to figure out whether it’s better to build myself or buy something ready-made.
Here is what I’m looking for:
- A prefabricated house company that offers good value for money.
- Some parts of the work, such as the roof structure, roofing, tiling, painting, plumbing, and possibly the kitchen, should be done by myself or clearly excluded from the pricing, while still ensuring there are no issues with warranties or guarantees and without being penalized by unfair pricing.
- Minor customizations to model houses should be accepted without any problems.
I would appreciate any experiences, advice, or recommendations regarding companies that meet these requirements.
P.S. Has anyone had experience with Danwood? At first glance, their price-to-performance ratio seems quite promising.
Thank you!
