Hello to all forum participants

We are trying to find a suitable kitchen layout. What does your floor plan look like, and why did you choose it?

Please share the floor plans you selected or those you decided against.

Best regards 😉

Nothing at all. Long distances, no island, very old-fashioned. And the location next to the toilet is not great for the vibe 😀

Yes, that's right. You are correct! 😉

A U-shaped kitchen is quite old-fashioned and impractical due to two unusable corners.

The issue with the toilet has already been mentioned.

Old-fashioned… cool. Luckily, I've never really cared about what others think 😉

We’re also getting a U-shaped layout because it fits best into the available space and allows for the most storage and surface area.

Looks good; with the given floor plan, the bathroom layout is hardly optimizable. Maybe consider adding a door or sliding door in between?

The U-shape is basically okay. But not like this.
The rows are spaced too far apart, and the open corner cabinet is too narrow. That will cause issues with maneuvering behind it. Also, it is too long, meaning the walkway is too narrow.
But all of this can be adjusted.

The wardrobe and bathroom must have a door!

Edit: You really need three tall cabinets side by side: not just for aesthetics, but also for the fridge, oven, and food storage.
