ᐅ Kitchen installed directly on the screed layer

Hello everyone,
maybe someone can answer this question for me. Can I place my kitchen cabinets directly on the screed, or should I also install tiles under the kitchen cabinets?

Probably a bit late, but still: it doesn’t necessarily make sense. In the kitchen, spills happen frequently. It wouldn’t be great if the liquid soaked directly into the screed. This is especially true for anhydrite screed, which is hygroscopic, and therefore has certain risks.
