ᐅ KfW 40+ and 10,000 Houses Program – Requirements for Photovoltaic Systems?

Hello!

I am new to photovoltaic systems and have tried to summarize all the criteria for photovoltaics in order to qualify for both mentioned subsidies.

According to the T3 fact sheet of the 10,000-houses program, the photovoltaic system must have at least 5 kWp, and according to the KfW requirements, the storage must have a capacity equal to the peak power for one hour, which means 5 kWh.

That obviously makes the whole thing quite expensive.
If I commit to at least 70% self-consumption, how can I practically limit this so that this threshold is not exceeded?

Good luck,

Oh yes, KfW275 and KfW40+ are not compatible...

as information for everyone from Baden-Württemberg:

According to an inquiry with L-Bank, the EEF-Bauen program (conditions similar to KFW 153 plus an additional 1% repayment bonus) can be combined with KFW 275

Hello Flose89,

so would it have worked with the PFW Program 275 and KFW55? Or in combination with the Bavarian 10,000 Houses Program? There is currently also a thread related to Bavarian conditions.

Hello,

yes, it would have worked. KFW55 and 40 can be combined with the 275.

Only my KFW40+ is not, because otherwise the battery would be funded twice (by KFW).

Since yesterday it has been confirmed by the energy consultant: 40+! Off to the bank right away....
For my house size, I needed a 6.2 kWp (kilowatt-peak) photovoltaic system.

What will ultimately come out with the 10,000 program, I cannot say (yet). Time will tell.

Best regards

Hello,

Does anyone know how large the photovoltaic system needs to be for the KfW 40 Plus subsidy?
I currently have an offer for a single-family house built to the KfW 40 standard with 140m² (1507 sq ft) of living space and 78m² (840 sq ft) of usable space (heated basement).
Heating is provided by an air-to-water heat pump, and so far no photovoltaic system is planned.
I would like to install a photovoltaic system with battery storage that is as small as possible to qualify for the extra €5000 repayment bonus from KfW.
The construction company has optionally offered me a 4.68 kWp system with a 5 kWh battery for €15,000.

The annual electricity yield to be generated must be determined based on the number of residential units and the usable floor area of the building. It must be at least the sum of 500 kWh/year per residential unit and 10 kWh/(m²·year) relative to the usable floor area. The electricity yield of the power-generating system must be calculated according to DIN V 18599:2011-12 and the additional requirements of § 5 of the Energy Saving Ordinance.
