Hello,

Our house comes with standard radiators installed.
To have it done as underfloor heating, we need to pay about €8,500 (approximately $9,500 USD) extra.
The area of the underfloor heating is about 145 sqm (1,560 sq ft).

Is this additional cost justified? After all, the radiators would be removed, which seems to already be factored into the price.

Thanks in advance!

Logically, it makes sense that there is no extra charge for underfloor heating if it is already included as a standard feature. I would like to see a homeowner who has underfloor heating included as standard and still pays extra for radiators 😀
