ᐅ Is it necessary to replace the drywall panels, or can the hole still be repaired with joint compound?

Hello forum,

I visited our new build yesterday and found the following.
The drywall panels look like this in certain areas. I have already informed the site manager.
My question is, can this still be properly skimmed over so that hollow wall anchors will hold later on, or do the panels need to be replaced?

I will upload the other pictures as well, as they are too large to post here in the forum.

Hmm. It seems my reply was deleted along with the original post containing the image link (?).

My response was: it should be possible to apply filler over the mesh (Rabitzgewebe). I also recommended applying it over the blunt butt joints of the two panels—without a substructure, which I consider not particularly professional. By the way, I expect replacement panels to break out in the same way.
