Metod uses only hinges with dimensions that are part of Blum’s standard range. There have been more deviations with Faktum.

No, no, you completely misunderstood me, or I probably didn’t explain myself well.

I’m referring to these METOD cabinets with a width of 40 cm (15¾ inches) because the walls are 1.8 cm (¾ inch) thick. So 40 - 3.6 = 36.4.
I don’t want to put the 34 cm (13⅜ inches) wide drawer cabinet into the BILLY shelf, but into such a 40 cm (15¾ inches) wide METOD cabinet. The BILLY shelf is only for the kitchen niche, the 40 cm (15¾ inches) cabinet with my drawer cabinet (a piece like MOPPE) is part of a cabinet row. The Utrusta hinge listed in the METOD cabinet parts list looks quite thick, and there’s only 2.6 cm (1 inch) of space left inside, which is why I’m thinking about the Hettich hinge. But the UTRUSTA 202.046.47 should definitely fit here too, since I looked at the Ikea built-in refrigerators, which are all 54 cm (21¼ inches) wide and also have only 2.6 cm (1 inch) of width left inside. At least with the 177.2 cm (69¾ inches) high ones, the top hinge has to be next to the appliance, so there must be some space left.

Oh, by the way, the standard hinge is still about 22mm (7/8 inches) thick. The refrigerator hinge is only around 16mm (5/8 inches) thick or so.
