There is a general rule of thumb that the area where the ground collectors are installed should be about 1.5 to 2 times larger than the living space to be heated.
Now, there is a provider (N ibe) that manages to do this with about one-third of that area. Unfortunately, this provider is not available in our region.
Does anyone know of other similar concepts or companies?

I assume you are referring to the ring trench collector concept. Try searching for it online.
Have you already contacted Nibe Germany? They can probably provide you with local partner companies nearby.
Otherwise, the ring trench collector is also well suited for self-installation.

Thank you, Denz!
The Nibe partner closest to us (about 100 km (62 miles) away) has already declined.
Thanks to your tip, I have now found the company Idm, which offers ring trench collectors.
Do you happen to know them?
Otherwise, do you think we could install the ring trench collectors ourselves and only need the excavation work plus the connection by the electrician/plumber?

I planned and installed my ground loop collector myself.
You don’t need an electrician for the ground loop collector itself. You will need one for the heat pump.
If you want to hire out the excavation work, it probably makes more sense to contract everything at once. However, I’m not sure about the prices in your area.
My father is skilled with excavators, so I only needed to rent one.
I don’t know the company you mentioned, and I didn’t look for one either since I planned to install the system myself from the start.
If you do it yourself, keep in mind you will also need to fill the collector. That’s still pending in my case. It’s supposed to be fairly easy. If you don’t want to do it yourself, it’s best to check in advance whether your heating technician will handle it.
