Dear forum members,

I am looking for the exact roof construction details for my house extension (approximately 25 m² (270 ft²)) but have not been able to find anything specific with the following conditions:
Flat roof with a 3% slope, 24 cm (9.5 inches) between-joist insulation.
I want to use a (breathable) synthetic roofing membrane (approved as a hard roofing layer) without ballast (possibly double-layered).
So far, I have only found membranes with ballast or mechanical fastening. Is there an option for adhesive installation (on roof sheathing of 25–30 mm (1–1.2 inches) solid wood or OSB)?
On the interior side, a variable moisture vapor barrier and for insulation, I want a material with moisture storage capability, for example cellulose (but blowing-in is not possible).
With a 24 cm (9.5 inches) build-up height, the insulation performance is not the primary concern.
Does anyone know of cellulose insulation in mat form with narrow widths, since cutting is very time-consuming and the joists sometimes have to be placed quite close together (clear spacing around 40–50 cm (16–20 inches))? Or alternative insulation for this purpose.
Thank you very much for any tips.

I would also appreciate an answer to one of the two questions.
