Hello everyone,
does anyone have experience with a toilet ceiling height under 2 meters (6 ft 7 in)?
Because this might be the case for us; it will probably be around 1.7 meters (5 ft 7 in).
For me, being 1.8 meters (5 ft 11 in) tall, it’s not quite enough to stand fully upright in front of it, but I don’t really want to do that anyway.
But what about sitting down or standing up?
Does anyone have experience with that? I don’t think it will cause many problems, right?
Thanks & best regards

Our contractor said anything under 2m (6 ft 7 in) is no good. He won’t build it!
I agree.PhoenixDH? Is a toilet under a sloped ceiling a no-go? Or only below certain dimensions?
A height just under the sloping ceiling is fine, just make sure to pay attention to the 2m (6 ft 7 in) line.
We also thought: “Oh no, our bathroom will get smaller...” but now the bathroom, with its 9.x square meters (approximately 97 square feet), is still huge and has enough space for 3-4 people.
I know these toilets from older buildings, and the feeling of having a sloped ceiling directly above you isn’t particularly pleasant.
