we have been offered the TERRA SWM 6-17 HGL from IDM. So far, I haven’t been able to find much information about the company IDM. Does anyone have experience with the heat pumps from IDM? From what I have heard and read, the Austrian company IDM has a pretty solid reputation.

T_im_Norden16 Mar 2021 12:00The drilling depth should be appropriate for the heat pump design; if the drilling capacity is too small, problems may arise. For more detailed questions regarding the ground loop and drilling or horizontal trench collectors, I can only recommend the forum that Crink also uses.
Have you already received a plan for the underfloor heating?
Did you specify temperatures for the heating load calculation? If not, it was calculated with 24°C (75°F) for bathrooms and 20°C (68°F) for the rest.
