It doesn’t feel as warm (the room temperature is normal), like in the hallway with granite, but it is noticeably warmer underfoot when the heating is off. There are no problems, so in our new build we will also glue over 200 sqm (2,150 sq ft) of wood flooring. Just make sure the plank is suitable for underfloor heating (this depends on the wood type and the thickness of the planks).
Nowadays, all types of flooring can be installed over underfloor heating. You just need to make sure you choose the right material when purchasing.
However, with your price per square meter, solid wood planks, hardwood flooring, or similar options are probably not included. These add a significant extra cost!

But your price per square meter surely doesn’t include floorboards, parquet, or anything like that. Those come at an extra high cost! She hasn’t provided a price per square meter at all.
Ok, now I understand.
