ᐅ Exhaust Venting for Condensing Boilers and Gas Furnaces

We want to renovate a single-family house. My question: for the heating system, a gas condensing boiler will be installed, and the exhaust pipe will be routed through an old chimney. I would like to provide hot water for the bathrooms using two gas instantaneous water heaters (Jetatherm WRD 18-2g). Is it possible to route the exhaust gases through the same chimney as the condensing boiler?

I can hardly imagine that three exhaust pipes can fit inside the chimney. Connecting them all to one pipe is not operationally viable and would not be approved by the chimney inspector. Have you considered electric tankless water heaters?
