Hemi5.7Hello everyone,
During the demolition of a ruin, the demolition company caused damage to the previously flawless driveway in front of the property using a tracked vehicle.
I was not present, but it can be assumed that the driveway was not protected.
Is the demolition contractor responsible for repairing the damage?

If you can prove it, then of course he must fix it. Judging by the pictures, at first glance, this does not look like a recent damage but rather a "normal" settlement.
Do you have any pictures of the condition before the work? Often, companies take pictures themselves to document any pre-existing damage, but if the damage is new, such photos can often get "lost."

Sorry, but without having seen it closely, the damage looks like it has been there for quite some time. And anyone can see that, even without a detailed look.
In the depressions, there are small stones and residue from water that once stood there. All joints are perfectly filled, and nothing has cracked from recent settlement.
So if you actually don’t have any pictures from the previous condition, it will be very difficult. I think the photos speak clearly—and not in your favor. Sorry.
