BMC_kitchen12 Dec 2011 15:19Hello all,
I have a double electrical outlet on the wall in my kitchen at 163 cm (64 inches), where a Nutid HI540 range hood will soon be installed. Is this
a) very practical 😀, because I can connect the hood there, or
b) very impractical 🙁, because the connection should be much higher (how high exactly)?
By the way, countertop height: standard (91.3 cm (36 inches)), cooktop: gas!
I haven’t found any useful information online yet... posting Ikea user manuals online would be a real niche 😉!
Thanks a lot for any advice

Nayla_106812 Dec 2011 22:03Hello,
the distance between the cooktop and the range hood should be at least 65cm (25.6 inches) for gas. 😉
So it should be fine.
Best regards
