I assume you mean the top and bottom panels are swapped? You should be able to remove the nails using a nail puller, although the back side of the rear panel might get slightly damaged. Alternatively, you can carefully tap the rear panel out from the inside of the cabinet at the nailed spots using a wooden block placed underneath as support. If the rear panel can no longer be removed without damage, simply have a new rear panel cut to size at your local home improvement store (hardboard).
