what are the advantages and disadvantages of a single-family house?
Option 1:
Heating: Air-to-water heat pump with underfloor heating
Hot water: Air-to-water heat pump
Option 2:
Heating: Air-to-air heat pump (multi-split)
Hot water: Solar thermal system plus a small gas boiler for extended bad weather

By now, the subsidies are lower, and the heat output must be measured as well as the grid operator being able to shut down the system... Because the subsidy ended at the beginning of 2023. So, I can’t know when and how you installed and/or applied for subsidies.
As far as I know, there might be an additional subsidy relating to the property.
